Skill Adjustment

PVE
1. Archer
• Wisdom of the Owl: Each level +5% Crit Increase, Duration increment per level reduced to 2sec (from 4sec)
• Fury of the Owl: Crit Rate increase to 20% (from 10%)
• Magic Arrow: 30% damage increase.

2. Bow Master
• Long Bow Mastery: Attack + 30%, Range Increase
• Cross Bow Mastery: Attack + 30%, Range Increase
• Siege Stance: Damage + 100%, Casting time reduce by half. While casting it, damage received by the caster is halved.

3. Acrobat
• Short Bow Mastery: Attack +30%, Range increase 2x.
• Spindle Tumble: + 2sec CD
• Ring Shot: + 4sec CD
• Cyclone Kick: - 50% damage
• Furious Wind: -50% damage

4. Tempest
• Parry: CD 5sec (from 0sec).
• Hurricane Dance: -50% damage
