A Song of Ice and Fire - Hybrid All-purpose Elestra Build

Auther: Almighty!
In the past, I had built my Elestra with only Ice skills, and only a lv 1 Fireball, because I thought that I should stack as much slow and -ice resist as possible, both in PVP and PVE. But after getting my butt kicked in my tempest by a (mere) 3 spike-rank elestra, but who I consider to be the best one in our server, I went to make radical changes in my build. I'm very pleased with what I have come up with, and I really think that other people should know about it too:

Now I think that a lot of things have to be explained, since many things are pretty much unusual:
Why minimum level glacial spike: Because I think that the damage is bad. It's true that if you freeze your target in PVE you can get a higher damage output, but it's unreliable and that's why you have your lv 50 skill anyway. I rather pump shockwave instead.
Why minimum level poison: Because I think that the damage is bad, and because I have no SP. Lv 1 Poison is enough to keep the opponent down in PVP, so I rather pump shockwave instead.
Why pump shockwave: Because it's pretty darn good in PVP. Max level (lv 13) does 5k+ damage, 8k if it crits. Level 8 is about ~3k, not bad either.
Why MP Recovery and MP Return: As my very pro, can-solo-bishop-hell friend Saurus accurately points out in his guide, if you try to solo long nests, your MP won't last long.
Why not Lv 7 inferno: Because SP is limited.
Why Lv 9 Frost Wind: Because the slow that your opponents gets when they get touched by it makes them regret they ever fought you in the first place.
Why Lv 10 Glacier wave: Because it's ridiculously hard to break out of it in PVP, and it's very sturdy in PVE, allowing you to use 2 or even 3 spells while the target is frozen (they receive more damage while frozen) and thus, increasing your damage output.
Why Lv 10 Firebird: Because it HURTS. It's just regular skill in PVE, but in PVP it crits for 6k+ each bird if the target is frozen by glacier wave, and yeah, it DOES NOT break the ice, so you can follow up with another spell of your choice (fireball, freezing sw, fraction, etc).
Why Ignition: I know that some people would be calling me noob just by this choice (the best part hasn't come yet), but ignition is great. The casting time is long and it's easy to cancel, but it's 9k damage in PVP, and people usually don't see it coming. However the main purpose of this skill is to clear mobs in PVE. Firewall -> Ignition is a great combination to clear mobs. I recommend everyone to try it, it's great :)
Why duo ulti: Because they're good in different situations. The fire ulti can be canceled and has damage reduction. The ice ulti doesn't have any of that. So in dangerous situations, you're safer with the fire ulti, and it also causes an imba burn that can be ignited after a few seconds. Flexibility is the key here; use each ulti in the proper situation.
For stat heraldries, I'd go with the usual Intelligence, Magic Attack, Agility, Critical, Final Damage, HP, Vitality and Critical Resist.
For Skill heraldries, I got Freezing Sword +20%Damage, Fire Bird +20%Damage, Glacier Wave +20% Duration, and Slap Attack +50% Speed.
Wait, WHAT? SLAP ATTACK? HAHAHA NOOB.
That's what the guy in this video said:

But after he got slapped, he wasn't laughing anymore.
Overall, it's a fun, tested build that works well for anything in the game.
P.S. The Elestra in the video is me. The quality is bad because my laptop is bad
, and I have to play in low graphics for the game to be decently smooth. If I turn on video recording it's even worse; so cut me some slack, I'm poor :PQuestions, comments and criticism are welcome!
