why is 13 glacial spike max freeze? how do you know the freeze rate goes up? what happens at lvl 16? wasted?
-the client data shows that the freeze rate for GS is maxed at lv13
-freeze rate at lv13 is 18% per hit.
-Spending SP on GS beyond lv13 could work, because its a spammable skill and also the dmg growth with lvl is quite good.

when glacial spike freeze, what is the duration?, does it look at u're glacial wave lvl or is it fixed at X seconds?
-the duration of freeze for GS is fixed at 4sec.

In kr did they implement perma shield yet? how do you know that we will get perma shield eventually? i heard they will never implement it or something and will nerf the super armor of the shield...this really messes up my build, and i need info on this
-Yes the changes have been implemented in DNKR.
-I consider the change as a nerf to PVE ele and boost for PVP ele.

have you ever tested max freezing field? does lvl 7 and lvl 9 freezing field actually improve the debuff as rumor say? or does it do something else? what about max?
-At one point my FF was maxed.
-I know that the amount and duration of delay increases with skill lvl.
-I heard that its AOE will also increase with skill lv, but when I tested it about a month ago, I couldn't notice this increase.

how exactly does burning hand work? say u cast flame road, they get burn first hit, does the rest of the hit get +20% or does it only effect the next hit of flame road then the rest of the skill dmg goes back to normal?

I'm glad you asked me this.  I'll add this to my guide.
-The skill ''Burning hand'' activates by chance on a burnt target --when that target is hit by a fire skill during the course of its burn.
-It is a powerful skill that (in effect) adds 20% extra dmg to the fire skill that triggered the ''Burning hand''effect.
-It deals the extra 20% in a single hit (as you see circled in the pictures.)  so, your normal skill dmg are not affected by this passive skill.

INFERNO activating the burning hand:  Dmg =  (4.5k x 14)x0.2 = 12600



FLAME SPARK triggering Burning hand:  DMG= (20k x2)x0.2 = 8k


-Basically the added dmg by the ''Burning hand'' is:  (Dmg from a skill's theoretical #of total hits)x20%
     **by theoretical#of hits I mean;  Flame spark= 2hits.  Inferno=14hits, etc.
-I am not sure how the calculation accounts for Non-crit, Crit, and Resisted Crit dmg for skills that do multiple hits.

-the extra burn damage from a fire skill is excluded in calculating the added "burning hand" dmg.
