3. Fire Elestra Build
Pros-Well balanced.
Con- Dmg depends mainly on Ice injection and Fire ulti.

-This is a Fire Elestra build, optimized for the current lv50 cap in CN DN, and for players with average Epic gears.
-Important Changes implemented:
   -hell fire passive skill (lv38)
   -Freeze debuff durability increased.
   -Flame Vortex burn duration increased to 10sec.

-Max all evasion skills and MP/HP passives, including MAGIC RETURN. (or your MP will not last when soloing nest.)
Poison (lv1)
-use it to break obstacles/ keep some mobs away.
Shock wave (lv1)
-High SA. for emergency use to save your life.  
Flame/Freezing shield ---these are great skills that you can toggle on/off as needed.
-Dropped freezing shield - a nice skill to have in freezing mobs that can not be frozen with GS /GW. However, freeze chance is  low, and may require toggle on/off  multiple times = waste of time&mana; Also risk of being knocked down during shield activation = defeats the purpose of having the shield@@
-Increased Flame shield to lv5. Currently can't be maxed due to lack of SP.  When armor prefix changes are implemented, Flame shield should be maxed.

Flame (lv5)
-Yes, flame.  Add this to your skill slot and practice adding BURN effect with it :)
-Maybe helpful when soloing,, in pushing mobs away from you.
Fire Wall (lv2)
-High dmg output even at low skill lvl.
-However, skill growth rate is not the best so keep it at lv2.

Fire bird (lv4) and Ignition (lv1)
-Ignition is my fav skill in clearing abyss stage mobs:)  
      GW+FW+Igni (ICE doesn't break with lv10 GW)
Flame road (lv Maxed)
-Combination of GW+Ice injection is deadly.
-DMG+20% is a must.
FireBall  (lv1)
-Deals about 70-80% of FBex. Not your dps skill so don't need a crest.
Flame spark (lv9)
-High dmg, fast cd, fast casting, but can be a little difficult to use.
-Long range, double explosion (direct hit+ explosion; so 2 hits), high knock back effect.
-One of my fav, I have a dmg crest for this.
-Works well with the Accel buff.
Inferno (lv Max)
-for the extra 2m range. (makes a big diff)
-possibly crest
Fire Ulti
-Deals insane dmg when used w/ GW+Ice injection.
-Dmg+20% skill crest is a must.
-To maximize dmg, Never chain Ignition with this skill.
-Also, Never Ignite after your party member uses the Fire Ulti.


ICE skills
Freezing sword (lv11).  
-Don't expect this skill to crit.
-Not a dmg source on most target w/ low crit resist.
-Good for mobs w/ high crit resist.
-Mainly used to inflict Delay+ Ice resist -20%.
-No skill crest required.

Glacial Wave (GW) lv10
-Boost your dmg!!  A must have skill for all ele now.  
-Skill crest + 20%duration is highly recommended.  
-Use Frost wind/Freezing sword prior to using GW to increase the time of the Frozen debuff.
-Can be used like FU's Time stop on many mobs.
-Ice no longer breaks. Freeze duration increases with increased lvl.
-When soloing, chain this skill with other skills that cause freeze debuff for an added boost in your dmg.
Frost Wind (lv1)
- An amazing skill to max, but stays @lv1 because delay can be inflicted on targets using Sword Ex.
-Mainly used to add Ice resist -20%.
Glacial Spike (lv13)
-Freeze rate maxed at lv13.  (chance to freeze=18% per hit @skill lv13)
-Freeze duration is Fixed at 4sec, and do not increase w/ increase in skill lvl.
-To extend the Freeze duration of GS,  you should inflict Ice resist -20% on the target before using GS.
Blizzard
-Prereq for Elestra skills
-Not very useful,,,maybe 1ele use blizzard while other uses Flame Vortex.
Ice Barrier (lv1)
-100% chance to add Freeze debuff to ALL target within range.
-Freeze duration is short 2.5sec.
-Able to protect you from attacks to a certain extent, but strong attacks will just penetrate through and break the barrier.   
Ice Injection (lv1)
-One of the best skill that an ele can have.
-Chain it with GW prior to using Flame road, Inferno, & Fire ulti.
