1: Go to https://transferdragonnest.nexon.com/Main/Index.aspx
2: Click On Translate and Accept at bottom.
3: Allow Pop-Ups and see that a pop up happens saying it sent you an email.
4: Check Email and get code to type in.
5: Pop up will close and open another one.
6: Click Button: 희원가입하기
7: Click Adult if you have Adult KSSN, or Kid if you have Kiid KSSN.
8: Check all boxes.
9: Enter KSSN
10: Hit Blue Button at bootom of screen.
11: Once you get to sign up screen, use google translate and sign up.
12: Click the button at the bottom.
13: You will get to a congrats screen.
