The physician guide is writen by Oathie. Thanks very much for sharing your guide, Oathie.

Hello everyone!

I first off would like to say that I play Dragon Nest NA on the Elena server under the name AnnelieseFX for my Physician.

For those of you who are new to physicians... Why Hello~! (Dragon Nest NA joke) ^^

Physicians in my opinion are a supportive DPS class mainly dealing burst damage and giving small doses of heal to the party.

This build is I'm presenting is cost effective and mainly for PVE Level 50 Cap but if you request a PVP/PVE, I'll post one up.

(From here on, calculations are based on: 3000 P.Atk, 5000 M.Atk and 20% Elemental)

Here is the excel sheet I made showing DPS/CD and DPS/SP:

(Note: I do not consider casting time as much as most skills are pretty fast as they are. Also too time consuming :P)

Why I Chose These Skills

Napalm (Lv17) - I chose this skill over Star Burst as it deals ~25k (w Fire%) where the latter deals ~10k

Slip and Slide (Lv5) - Who doesn't like movement speed ^^ Also great for tripping enemies!

Bombs-a-Daisy - Jump + Right Click to use - mainly for hovering in the air a bit longer and dealing damage after aerial evasion

Passives - Get all to achieve 45SP

Volcano Punch (Lv1) - Mainly used to get bubbles

Magma Monument (Lv9) - 4th best DPS skill for Alchemists at Lv50 so I maxed it

Ground Zero (Lv7) - Hands down one of my favourite moves :D . Always use 5 bubbles to get more damage out of it. High armour breaking ability and reminds me of a faster version of Laser Cutter.

Slime Shake (Lv4+techneck) - One of the best buffs in my opinion. 21% increase stat + healing as well as 14% less cooldown on every skill. That's like having an epic skill crest. More heals and damage ^^

Frosty Fist (Lv1) - Left click after Volcano Punch or dodge to mainly get bubbles

Coolant (Lv1) - Slow down enemies and decrease ice resist.

Arctic Squish (Lv6) - Fun fact! 2nd highest DPS skill for Alchemists at Lv10. It has a skill coefficient of 8 and high super armour breaking ability. I left it at 6 as I rarely use it in a dungeon as I quickly finish a section of the map and head off leaving it behind. However it deals decent damage in nests.

Toxic Twirl (Lv1) - Best poison damage based skill at Lv11. However I find it more useful to dodge/get bubbles from it than to attack using it as it leaves you open for a couple of seconds. (Especially deadly in nests)

Poison Pop (Lv5+techring) - Huge AOE and super armour breaking skill. It is one of the lower DPS skill but it can hit multiple enemies so it evens out I'd say.

Injection (Lv8+techring) - One of my spam skills (spam more when half HP XD) Nice AOE as well as suction effect.

Contagion (Lv6) - Also one of the moves I spam the most. Poison Pop > This > Toxic Spill = AOE damage galore!

Toxic Spill (Lv7) - This has lower cooldown than Ground Zero and is usually spammed if there is a large group mobs

Toxic Surge (Lv1) - People say that Frost Fangs would be better to use as it deals more damage and has a faster casting time... true. But I personally like Toxic Surge more. Besides a requirement, it can deal more damage than Frost Fangs after the poison effect. If mob has no ice/dark resist, Toxic Surge would deal ~28k more damage.

Slime Surge (Lv1) - Great DPS skill. Summons a little minion to help you deal damage as well as bounce and bounce. Further increasing the skill only increases the impact damage so left it at Lv1.

Lovesick (Lv2) - Don't stand to close to small mobs when using this skill. The travelling only deal 2x10% of board damage. Best if you land the explosion of the mob to deal 80%. Love the animation of this ^^ muah.

Good Vibrations (Lv1) - I like to play supportive type roles so that's why I went Physician. Mainly for this skill. It heals decently but not as high as a Saint. However, it is the price to pay to deal nice damage. So all-in-all Physicians are a nice mix of both worlds.

Why I Didn't Choose These Skills

Sleep Escape - Literally the lowest DPS skill of Alchemists. I can see it for it's utility but for PVE it has a long cooldown and only effects non-bosses. Personally don't like this skill but it is you're choice after all.

Salve Slimer - Personally I think it is an okay skill it's just that I can put better SP else where. It is an option if you're going full support. If you do decide to choose this skill, I recommend it to Lv6+tech and leave it like that forever. At Lv7 is the peak of its Healing/SP ratio. If someone has 100k HP, it'd give them 18.7k HP (w buff) during the entire duration. That's pretty decent to me as with a cooldown plate and the buff you can just wait 7 seconds before popping it up again.

Weapons/Armour/Accessories

Weapon/Armour: Go for 2 Corrupted and 5 Totem as it gives you the highest M.Atk. This would allow you to deal damage as well as heal more. Going final damage is so overrated :P .. If you'd like to however go ahead.
I personally would not for L-Grade weapons as Green Dragon would be release soon and it'd be a waste of money to enhance L-grade gear.

Accessories: The part I can't wait to write. Tech accessories (Lv40 for NA) for alchemists I'd say is OP. Besides from the Poison Pop necklace, I recommended getting an Injection ring and Slime Shake ring. Why do you ask? because they are cheap and nice and if you the right stat. If you're lucky (1/11 chance) you can get a technique ring with:
- Critical 650
- Fire 2.89%
- Ice 2.89%
- Dark 2.89%
- Light 2.89%
Top that off with 5.8% Magic Attack or 17% Crit and you'd (or at least me) be happy!

Hidden Abilities/Suffix

For Hidden Abilities I personally aim for Agility + Intellect + Dark% + Fire% on both weapons
Intellect + ? + HP% on armour. Highly recommend just to aim for HP%.

For Suffixs I recommend everything Intellect besides Gloves where it will be Will for more Intellect. Increases your intellect would give your buff more to work with. More intelligent = good. You know what I'm saying?

Preferred Titles?

The one you should aim for is finish all achievements in Titan Nest to get the "Titanic" title
This titles gives you:
- Physical Damage +75
- Magical Damage +75
- Critical +500
- Fire 5%
- Ice 5%
- Dark 5%
- Light 5%

If you can't achieve that however or want something similar in the mean time. Ask a friend (maybe Saint?) to help you do Archbishop nest and allow you to deal the finishing blow to all 5 bosses. Title gives you 50 of each dmg and 3% for each elemental.

Final Statements
My build focuses on mainly Fire and Dark.
In the end, the elemental damage you'd get:
31% Fire - 2x 8% on weapon + 2x 2% on NX ring + 5% from title + 6% from techrings
15% Ice - 2x 2% on NX ring + 5% from title + 6% from techrings
31% Dark - 2x 8% on weapon + 2x 2% on NX ring + 5% from title + 6% from techrings
15% Light - 2x 2% on NX ring + 5% from title + 6% from techrings
You can then focus on whatever you like for the ring's hidden abilities (Will you go for more ele%, mdmg%, crit%)

And there goes my secret to my build. QQ

Hope to see some people who follows this build.

If you have any questions, don't be afraid to inquire me in game or on this forum. I'll be glade to help! ^^
