The build below only includes Sword Mater part and it is not a full build. Hope it will help you in some way.

Gladiator Level 60 Skill Build



Technique Accessories
Evasion Slash Necklace, Hacking Stance Earrings, Finishing Attack Ring, Hemo Ring

It is better to consider FD accessories for gladiators at 60 cap imo.

Plates
Triple Slash + DMG
Hacking Stance + DMG (or whatever it means)
Evasion Slash + DMG
Finishing Attack + DMG

Gladiator Level 70 Skill Build



Hemo +1 is not that useful in raids. Evasion Slash and Finishing Attack are the real gains from technique accessories, but they can't really beat FD when it is stacked to a sufficiently high level. A Gladiator can get pretty high FD using 60B +FD plates, I think that stacking FD should be a consideration.

Finishing Attack + DMG for two reasons:
1. Emphasize on the burst aspect, we have other skills for DPS
2. Under Time Acceleration, the -CD plate has no effect. Considering that Gladiator's highlight is 4-5x FA in 1 Time Acceleration when the boss is at 1X, I feel that +DMG is the better overall choice

For 70 Cap, Hemo can be left at 8 (50% max), Hacking Stance badly requires a technique earring, Counter Slash +1 to Level 11 is amazing (high damage, 1s cd, would be highly useful imo for solo)

Further Explanation

I have gotten a lot of hate mail over the Hemo / Heavy Hammer / Luring Slice / Provoking Slam +1 technique accessory being pointless for raids. It is just the truth. The Hemo +1 Ring is BETTER OUTSIDE of raids than in them.

First, let me clarify that the gain from the ring IS NOT 5%. It doesn't add 5% to the whole party at all. The MAXIMUM increase to damage output is 150/145 or 3.45% increase in damage. The miminum increase is 0%.

The point of using a Hemo +1 Ring is to raise the debuff multiplier higher. The cap is 100%, meaning that going over 100% has no point

- Is it easier to hit the debuff cap in a 4 man nest or a 8 man raid?
- Is Hemo's CD longer than it's duration?
- Of all technique accessories that affect the debuff cap, does it provide the LEAST MAXIMUM benefit to the party?

What is the role of a gladiator in a raid? Regardless of your DPS contribution throughout the whole run, most parties EXPECT you to perform ONE JOB at the very least - repeated Finishing Attacks at the last bit of the boss' HP under Time Acceleration. In order to perform that job, your main goal is to raise the potency of your Finishing Attack (which FD helps with), instead of WASTING a ring slot (for goodness sake, you will hit the debuff cap under Time Acceleration, or something is wrong with the party composition).

By all means, stick to wearing that ring if you like it. If you cannot accept that Hemo +1 is the worst possible technique accessory out of all debuff related skills, then feel free to ignore the chance to do your job properly. (If your FD cannot get to a sufficiently high level, just use technique accessories. Insisting on wearing one at all times when you can obtain higher damage with FD is just ridiculously dumb...)

I didn't get Counter Slash in the build, I just mentioned it because I feel that it has pretty high potential for solo considerations. Getting Great Wave is just a personal choice, I feel it has higher efficiency in overall PvE as compared to getting Eclipse/Dash Slash/Dash Combo higher. It has one of the biggest % of all ultimates, still dealing decent damage despite lower MDMG.
